When?
The next edition of Camping & Caravan Jaarbeurs will be from Wednesday, September 30 to Sunday, October 4, 2026.
Opening hours exhibitors:
Wednesday, September 30, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 1, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday, October 2, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 3, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, October 4, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

- Webshop: easily order your electrics, carpeting, water points, hanging points, catering and more.

Tuesday, September 29, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (no cars allowed in the hall after 4:00 p.m.)
- Standard Booth Construction
Tuesday, September 29, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (no cars allowed in the hall after 4:00 p.m.)

Dismantling times
Via route EB (P2, Truus van Lierlaan, Utrecht)
Sunday, October 4, 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- 17:00 - 19:00: access exhibitors with cars / small transport
- From 19:00 hours: entrance trailers / trucks
N.b. There will be a structural consideration of how busy the terrain is. If the site is full, vehicles can neatly line up in the buffer area P2. Vehicles that do not fit in the loading and unloading area or the P2 buffer area must pay to park in the P2 area until there is sufficient space.
Monday, October 5, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Please note: There is no VRS during the dismantling period, so you do not need to book a time slot.
