When?
The next edition of Camping & Caravan Jaarbeurs will be from Wednesday, October 1 to Sunday, October 5, 2025.
Opening hours exhibitors:
Wednesday 1 October 08:00 - 18:00 hours
Thursday, October 2 08:00 - 18:00 hours
Friday, October 3 08:00 - 18:00 hours
Saturday, October 4 08:00 - 18:00 hours
Sunday 5 October 08:00 - 18:00 hours

In MyJaarbeurs you can find everything for your upcoming participation as an exhibitor of Camping & Caravan Jaarbeurs. Think of:
- Webshop: easily order your electrics, carpeting, water points, hanging points, catering and more.
- Promotional materials: highlight your participation even more with floor stickers, website banners and logo placement, for example.
- Additional participation options: sponsor a patio or activity.
- Approach routes and set-up and take-down protocols.
Setup times

Tuesday, September 30 08:00 - 20:00 hours
Please note: register your vehicle before September 29 and 30 via VRS (Vehicle Registration System)
Cut-off times
Via route EB (P2, Truus van Lierlaan, Utrecht)
Sunday 5 October 17:00 - 23:00 hours
- 17:00 - 19:00: access exhibitors with cars / small transport
- From 19:00 hours: entrance trailers / trucks
N.b. There will be a structural consideration of how busy the terrain is. If the site is full, vehicles can neatly line up in the buffer area P2. Vehicles that do not fit in the loading and unloading area or the P2 buffer area must pay to park in the P2 area until there is sufficient space.
