The organizers are now in full swing with preparations for the upcoming edition of the Kampeer & Caravan Jaarbeurs. It’s worth noting that interest from the bicycle industry has picked up earlier than usual this year. Bicycle brands seem to want to secure their participation in the bike course well in advance.
UTRECHT – Interest in the bike course during the 2026 Camping & Caravan Jaarbeurs is high. Twenty cycling groups have now registered to participate, and only one spot remains available. This means the course is nearly fully booked much earlier this year than in previous editions.
Kampeer & Caravan Jaarbeurs takes place the same week as Dutch Cycling Week
According to the organizers, the increased and earlier interest is partly due to Dutch Cycling Week. This year, that event takes place during the same week as the Kampeer & Caravan Jaarbeurs. As a result, a lot of equipment from bicycle brands and other cycling-related companies is already in Utrecht during that period. For various bicycle brands, this is an opportunity to combine their presence in Utrecht with participation in the Kampeer & Caravan Jaarbeurs bike course. This allows them to make use of the equipment that is already on site due to Dutch Cycling Week.

This combination of factors has caused the number of available spots on the course to drop rapidly. “With twenty registered cycling groups and only one spot left, the bike course is nearing its maximum capacity,” says trade show manager Rachel Jankowski. She therefore expects the course to be fully booked much sooner than is normally the case. “The early interest underscores the appeal of the bike course at the Camping & Caravan Jaarbeurs. For visitors, the course offers the opportunity to get to know the participating bike brands and their products.”
