Camping is getting smarter, more comfortable and more sustainable year after year. Again in 2025, there are plenty of camping accessories firsts waiting to give outdoor living a major upgrade. From innovative separating toilets and powerful roof air conditioners to smart apps, cool boxes and extendable beds: manufacturers will surprise with solutions that make traveling and staying even more enjoyable. In this overview, we list the most notable newcomers and highlights for you.
Smart innovations from Dometic
Dometic is all about comfort and convenience and this is reflected in their latest eye-catcher: the brand new separating toilet CTT4000, developed together with pioneer Arwinger.

This compact toilet requires no potable water and neatly separates urine and solids into separate containers. Through the service hatch, both are easy to empty. An upgrade module is even available for existing models so that everyone can benefit from this clever innovation.

Cooking enthusiasts are also spoiled: with the new Quad Power Pack, you connect four gas cylinders simultaneously to your CADAC/Dometic stove. Good for about eight hours of undisturbed outdoor cooking, including storage bag and 120 cm gas hose.
Cooling and heating with the new Mestic Era
Whether you are standing in the heat of southern Europe or camping in the Netherlands on a crisp autumn evening, the new Mestic Era always provides the right climate in your camper or caravan. This rooftop air conditioner comes in two versions: the RTA-1700i and the more powerful RTA-2200i. With an adjustable range from 16 to 31 degrees and heat pump technology that can also heat, you always have the perfect temperature.

The airflow of 363 and 429 m³ per hour ensures a fresh breeze, while power consumption remains surprisingly low. The 1700i comes in black and white, the 2200i in classic white. Prices from €1,649.
Handy camping accessories firsts from Isabella
Danish Isabella, famous for its awnings, surprises this year with a range of new accessories that make camping even more comfortable. These include the IsaCool air conditioning system, which both cools and heats, ideal for any season.

For 2026 another handy thing is planned: a foldable wagon for camping and beach. Isabella is also introducing a 40-liter compressor cooler, easily operated via the display or simply with an app on your smartphone. Smart, stylish and totally up to date.

Smart Caravaning system from E-trailer
The innovative E-Trailer Smart Caravaning system makes camping smarter than ever. Via the E-Trailer app, you can see at a glance the tire pressure, gas supply, water level and even the temperature. Twenty brands already build in the modules ex-factory.

What is new is that devices from other brands can now also be fully integrated. So soon you will also be able to control the heating, air conditioning or refrigerator all from the same app. No more separate remote controls, just one smart solution. Note: the Linked Network is only available for the business market and cannot be purchased separately for consumers.
New care line from Thetford
Thetford, the specialist in toilet fluids for decades, is taking a new step this year. The previously presented separating toilet is now in production, and with it comes a complete line of care products. From a Bowl Cleaner that keeps the toilet fresh to liquids that neutralize odors in the urine tank.

Thetford is also introducing garbage bags made of recycled plastic and specially prepared wood fiber for the solids collection bin. Durable, practical and totally in tune with modern camping.
More sleeping comfort thanks to InnoSlide
Cross beds in camper vans are often not ideal for taller campers due to their limited length. The InnoSlide changes that. With this clever slide-out, manufacturers can realize new interior layouts and significantly lengthen standard beds. Thanks to the slide-out length of 700 mm, even a transverse queen bed is possible, where you can simply walk along the footboard without waking your partner.

The InnoSlide is completely waterproof due to the combination of rounded corners and a rubber seal; additional seals in the corners also protect the drive system. The system is available in both manual and electric versions and was already known from semi-integrated motorhomes. What is new is that the InnoSlide is now also available for camper vans from Fiat, Peugeot, Citroën, Opel Movano, Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter and MAN TGE. Special versions will soon follow for the Ford Transit and Renault Trafic.
