Based in the Achterhoek region, Doréma has been developing high-quality awnings and canopies for nearly 40 years, with the Multi Nova Trend being the latest addition to its lineup. This combination of awning and canopy is 240 centimeters deep and weighs less than 20 kilograms thanks to the quick-set, lightweight “EasyGrip Quick System” aluminum frame.
Fortex from Twente
A few kilometers away in Twente, Fortex has also been manufacturing awnings and canopies for decades. The Enschede-based manufacturer supplies these as standard with a draft strip and a seal for the wheel well, complete with a 30-centimeter mud flap. The awnings and canopies are also equipped with attachment points for storm straps, which are included in the package along with the corresponding stakes and rubber straps.
Smart clamp from REDA
Exhibitor REDA has been manufacturing awnings and canopies in Barneveld since 1990, and at Jaarbeurs Kampeer & Caravan Jaarbeurs trade show, they’re showcasing their latest model, the “One 240”—a compact and quick-to-set-up caravan awning. REDA’s new Fabric Clamp is a small accessory that makes a big difference, as this clamp ensures a tight connection between the awning fabric and the sidewall, leaving no chance for the wind to get in.
