Here, camping enthusiasts from all over the country gather under one roof to get inspired for their next camping adventure. From the latest camping equipment to challenging outdoor activities, workshops and the most useful camping solutions and articles. All together in one place with cozy catering, live music and a kid's square.
Camping & Caravan Jaarbeurs is for everyone who loves camping and related activities. From beginner to seasoned camper, from young to old, from adventurer to peace seeker. There is plenty to see and do for every type of camper. Even for the kids.
Camping & Caravan Jaarbeurs is for all ages. Children are also welcome, for them a modified admission rate applies.

Jaarbeurs is accessible in several ways. By car, bicycle, public transportation and on foot. Check out the options here.
All about accessibility "Jaarbeurs has limited parking. Therefore, we recommend using public transportation. Utrecht Central Station is less than a 5-minute walk away. There are also several P&R locations around Jaarbeurs.

Parking rates at Jaarbeurs "Jaarbeurs is perfectly accessible by public transportation. The venues are right next to Utrecht Central Station and buses and streetcars stop continuously at the Jaarbeursplein stop.
Coming by train? Then from Utrecht Central Station follow the signs 'Jaarbeursplein'. Within a few minutes you will be at Jaarbeurs.

There are several P&R locations around Jaarbeurs. All have a good and fast connection to and from Jaarbeurs. Check out the locations:
Yes, Jaarbeurs is located in the center of Utrecht. Therefore it is not allowed to park on P4 if your vehicle does not meet the access requirements for driving and parking in Utrecht. Check here if your vehicle meets the requirements. P2 is not in the environmental zone.

Yes, wheelchairs are available at the first aid station near Entrance East. Please note that the number of wheelchairs is limited and they cannot be reserved. We recommend that you bring your own wheelchair if possible, as we cannot guarantee availability.

Disabled parking spaces
Disabled parking spaces are available at P4. P4 is located closest to Entrance West.

Disabled toilets Jaarbeurs
At the Event & Exhibition Centre, there is a disabled toilet in each hall. In addition, there is also a disabled toilet in the main hall at Entrance East next to the pond. The disabled toilets are only open when an event is taking place.
In the Beatrix Building, the disabled toilet is located on the first floor opposite the checkroom, on the 2nd floor and on the 4th floor. You can pick up the key at the reception desk.

Jaarbeurs is smoke-free. This means no smoking in all indoor areas of Jaarbeurs.
Jaarbeurs has guarded checkrooms where you can leave a coat and/or luggage for a fee. Checkrooms are located at entrance west and entrance east in the Event & Exhibition Centre. The checkrooms are open during Camping & Caravan Jaarbeurs. In addition, lockers are available for rent in the Event & Exhibition Centre.
Yes, lockers are available. These can be rented by the day and found at the Event & Exhibition Centre lockers for rent.
